The Auxiliary Percussion Instruments: (1) Clave
The CLAVE is the one of the most common auxiliary percussion instruments used in drum machines. Clave is a Spanish word that means, "Key". The clave serves as a skeletal rhythmic figure around which the different drums and percussion are played. The rhythm is often played with two wooden sticks called the claves.
