Again, Infinity Vol 1 is a four-layered instrument. Each layer is laid out the same way with the same amount of controls and parameters, so once we learn one layer we have learned them all. Each layer has 6 icons to control your sound. The first icon provides volume, pan, and tune knobs, the second icon gives control of your envelope (attack-decay-sustain-release), and the third icon is your arpeggiator control. The fourth icon is the modulation panel. This is a great tool for injecting a little bit of a subtle movement and character into the sounds you're working on. The fifth icon is the effects panel, you can have up to four effects on each layer. The sixth icon is the transpose function. This is a really useful function when you want to combine sounds that have different sweet spots on the keyboard.
