Safari Pedals 'Time Machine': The Plug-in that gives Access to 4 Super Unique Sound Filters of the Iconic Sounds of The 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's with Just One Click of a Button

Safari Pedals, the Israeli company based on stomp pedals for line level and microphones as well as VST, AAX and AU plug-ins, has recently released 'Time Machine' — A plug-in that gives you access to 4 super unique sound filters of the iconic sounds of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s with just one click of a button. This plug-in features a tailored combination of filtering, saturation and compression of each era as well as recorded Lo-fi noise sounds of each of the eras. Each era has a different type of saturation, compression, color and noise to give a specific kind of sound.

Noam Levinberg, the founder of Safari Pedals, says "Pedals in general is an amazing idea because with these little boxes you can really express yourself and really be creative and go crazy. I kind of had this thought in my mind that I said why should only guitarists have fun with pedals in my studio." So he founded Safari Pedals to provide sound engineers, producers and musicians with tailor-made pedals for various tasks. Time Machine gives a different vibe from a different era like the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. You can add a vinyl effect on your track by tweaking the Noise knob. As soon as you turn on Time Machine, you will get automatically a kind of vinyl recording sound. If you move between the eras, you will get a different vinyl sound. When you push the Input knob all the way up, you will get a saturation, and that saturation changes between the eras. The compressor preset also changes in between the eras. Time Machine provides a few really nice presets that you can go through, and users can also always save their own presets.

Time Machine was designed to be a super viby and highly effective filter set, packed with a compressor, saturation and filters from each classic era. By tweaking each of the knobs you will go from a super soft and sweet sound to a bitty edge and viby sound.

Input knob controls both the saturation amount as well as the threshold of the compressors. Output knob controls the last trim. Comp knob controls the amount of compression from each era. Each of the eras will create a totally different vibe of compression, filters, and saturation based on the best of each era. Noise knob is a volume controller of recorded Lo-fi noise sounds made of each era’s vinyl sound. Blend knob is made so you can easily blend the vintage sound with your 2020’s fresh clean sound.

About 'Safari Pedals' (https://safaripedals.com)

Safari Pedals is a company based on stomp pedals for line level and microphones as well as VST, AAX and AU plug-ins with a fresh new approach.

After more than 15 years in the studio as an audio engineer, mixing engineer and mastering engineer, Noam Levinberg, the founder of Safari Pedals, had a good idea about what tools he likes to improve the songs he’s been working on for artists around the world as well as what are the things he missed in the arsenal of audio plug-ins, and hardware for producers and record makers. After a long time he decided to start his own company - and to blend his dream of what was missing with the experience he had as a record maker to create Safari Pedals. The concept of the company name is to try and let each person “go wild” and express his/her inner animal. Also the reason to stick to pedal designs was since Noam loves the inspiration he gets from guitar pedals and always saw them as something he would love to have more of as they represent playfulness and experimentation. We hope you enjoy our products. We always love feedback from our customers - So feel free to email me any time at [email protected].
