1. EQ chart for Electric Guitar recording

Frequency Range Characteristics
Below 90 Hz

Rumble

*Cut this area of frequency using High Pass filter if you don't want muddy low-end resonance

90 - 250 Hz

Warmth

*Boost this area of frequency if you need thickness of electric guitar sounds (For guitar solo)

250 - 1 kHz

Body

*Boost this area of frequency if you need body of upper-frequency electric guitar sounds

*Cut this area of frequency if you need distance of electric guitar sounds or space for other instruments

1 - 3 kHz 

Pick & Harshness

*Boost this area of frequency if you need pick sounds of electric guitar  (For rhythm guitar)

*Cut this area of frequency if you need smooth electric guitar sounds

3 - 8 kHz

Presence

*Boost this area of frequency if you need clear sound and presence of electric guitar
