1) Sawtooth

1. A filter can selectively remove some overtone content

2. The modulation which has a similar effect to the filter control

3. You want the Modulation wheel all the way down. That would be the neutral position

4. Synthesize interchangeable terms: Q, Bandwidth, Resonance, Emphasis

5. It’s usually the filter in a synthesizer that gives the waveform its characteristic sound
