11. Pre-Tour Coordination

A) ARTIST hereby reserves the right for two representatives to visit all venues, hotels and air and ground transportation services at the sole expense of PURCHASER. In the event ARTIST'S representatives visit said tour sites, PURCHASER must provide at its sole cost and expense business class air transportation, hotels and ground transportation in each city wehre engagements are booked for the ARTIST'S representatives while visiting.

 

B) PURCHASER will provide ARTIST'S representatives with all details pertating to the engagement as requested herein prior to or upon arrival for the pre-tour visit.

 

 

12. Accommodations

If PURCHASER provides hotel accommodations, PURCHASER shall provide ARTIST and personnel with the following accommodations in a hotel approved by ARTIST'S representatives (see "EXHIBIT F").
