13. Transportation

IF PURCHASER provides air transportation, all tickets for ARTIST and personnel shall be full fare, changeable and refundable (no super savers, restricted tickets, etc.). ARTIST will advise PURCHASER as to quantity and breakdown of tickets. Generally, we require four (4) First Class and sixteen (16) Economy Class tickets. Flights over nine (9) hours in duration require four (4)First Class and sixteen (16) Business Class tickets. (see "EXHIBIT G")

 

PURCHASER agrees to provide one First Cass Limousine with licensed driver and fully stocked (see "EXHIBIT G") for ARTIST, to be available for the duration of ARTIST'S stay, from the time of arrival to the time of departure (on call 24 hours), and one (1) twenty passenger bus withlicensed driver for transportation of ARTIST and personnel from airport to hotel upon arrival, from hotel to rehearsal and back to hotel, from hotel to the venue, to the hotel, and upon departure, from hotel to airport. One (1) van to transport luggage from airport to hotel and on departure from hotel to airport. In addition, PURCHASER shall provide one (1) six passenger van for ARTIST'S crew to be used at ARTIST'S Production Manager's discretion. This van should be available at all times, from the time of arrival to departure. In addition, PURCHASER shall provide the name, phone number and address of, and directions, to the closest hospital to the venue.

 

When equipment and luggage are traveling between cities on land PURCHASER shall provide two (2) licensed drivers to accompany ARTIST'S equipment to the next venue. These services shall be at no expense to ARTIST. (ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS STOLEN BETWEEN TIME OF ARRIVAL AND TIME FOR DEPARTURE WILL BE THE EXPENSE OF THE PROMOTER)

 

 

14. VISAS, PERMITS, LICENSES, ETC.

A) PURCHASER agrees to process for ARTISTS and ARTIST'S personnel at its sole cost and expense, any and all necessary visas, working permits and any other permits and licenses required for on account of the rendition of ARTIST'S services in connection with the engagement (s) herein.

 

B) PURCHASER acknowledges ARTIST will not assume any responsibility for payment of license fees or any compensation for services performed pursuant to this agreement.

 

 

15. Taxes, Withholdings, Duties, Etc.

PURCHASER shall soley be responsible for any taxes, withholdings or duties applicable to the   engagement fee hereunder, unless clearly stated otherwise on the front of the engagement contract.
