18. Stagehand Requirements

PURCHASER agrees to provide at his sole expense the following personnel for all rehearsals, sound check and performances:

Two (2) Runners

One (1) Stage Manager

One (1) Audio Technician

One (1) Monitor Technician

Three (3) Spotlight Operators

Four (4) Working Stagehands

 

PURCHASER shall make certain that all appropriate authorities (including but not limited to the manager of the venue, local police and local union representatives) are aware that ARTIST'S show (or second show, if more than one per night) may not end until twelve (12:00) midnight. All payments for overtime, if any required, shall be the sole responsibility of PURCHASER.

 

 

19. Stage

The stage must be a minimum of thirty (30') feet deep from front to back fifty-six (56') feet from left to right, not including sound wings. The stage elevation from the floor must be at least forty-eight (48") inches high. The stage must be solidly constructed and able to bear heavy loads. The surface of the stage floor must be smooth finish (no deep grooves, protrusions or crevices) and frictionless, (e.g. plywood, Masonite, linoleum covering) carpeting is not acceptable on the stage.

 

 

20. Quick Change Area

Two (2) eight foot by eight foot (8' x 8') black quick change booths with roof must be set up on stage. One (1) on stage left and one (1) on stage right. Each booth must contain the following:

 

One (1) 110 volt 60 cycle 20 amp electrical quad box

One (1) full length mirror

One (1) small table

One (1) working light

One (1) folding chair

One (1) small wardrobe rack

 

 

21. Stage Power

PURCHASER agrees to supply or bring generation to supply adequate power to operate sound equipment, stage lights and bnad gear.

 

In addition, four (4) 117 volt 60 cycle 20 amp quad boxes must be provided with two (2) each on stage left and stage right (see "EXHIBIT B").
