25. Dry Ice and Fog

PURCHASER shall provide, at his sole cost and expense two (2) dry ice fog machines, (each one capable of holding fifty (50 lbs.) pounds of dry ice), at least one hundred (100 lbs.) pounds of dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) and one (1) bottle of "Spectra" slow burning smoke or a non-toxic equivalent for each performance by ARTIS T, which ice shall be delivered to the stage at least six (6) hours before ARTIST's performance.

 

 

26. Lighting and Sound Mix Positions

PURCHASER shall provide a platform in audience area for light and sound mixes. Platform shall be a minimum of sixteen (16') feet wide by twelve (12') feet deep and two (2') feet high, with  one (1) eight (8') foot table and six (6) chairs.

 

 

27. Dressing Rooms and Production Office

PURCHASER shall provide five (5) properly maintained, clean, adequately ventilated, well lighted dressing rooms. One will be for the exclusive use of ARTIST and should be able to accommodate ten (10) people comfortably (in closest possible proximity to stage and on same level as stage), one dressing room for the ARTIST's female singers which should be able to accommodate three (3) people comfortably, one dressing room for the use of those members of ARTIST's back up band, which should be able to accommodate ten (10) people comfortably, and one dressing room for the use of those members of ARTIST's dancers, which should be able to accommodate five (5) people comfortably, and one for the use of ARTIST's crew which should be able to  accommodate five (5) people comfortably. All four dressing rooms must have wardrobe racks, adequate lighting, mirrors, hot and cold running water, shower facilities, linen towels, soap, several electrical outlets, adequate air conditioning and heating (with temperature controls capable of being adjusted without tools of any kind, located within the dressing room), and clean, private lavatory facilities must be accessible without having to enter areas open to the general public; dressing rooms must be accessible to the stage without passing through the audience area, and be capable of being locked securely with keys to be given to ARTIST or any of the ARTIST's representatives. One dressing room must be supplied with an ironing board and iron in good working order. All dressing rooms shall be supplied with hot and cold drinks and food, as specified in "EXHIBIT A" attached hereto.

 

PURCHASER shall also provide a room to be used as a Production Office. This room should be provided with two (2) phone lines, one (1) fax line with fax machine, two (2) chairs, one (1) six (6') foot table and one (1) 110 volt 60 cycle 20 amp quad box.

 

 

28. Catering Requirements

PURCHASER shall furnish, at his sole cost and expense, food and drinks for the stage crew, ARTIST's back up singers and back up band, other members of ARTIST's party, and the relatives and guests of the foregoing, in the quantities and at the times and places set forth in "EXHIBIT A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
